The National Ballet of Canada is one among few ballet companies in North America with an in-house wardrobe department. Located at 470 Queens Quay West, in the Walter Carsen building, the wardrobe is host to a permanent staff of cutters, sewers, milliners and dyers. In March 2013 the company will be mounting John Neumeier’s Nijinsky. With over one hundred and fifty costumes to build, production is already in the works.
