Taylor Kirk, the hooded man with the arresting voice behind
Timber Timbre, has impressed us with his grasp of symbolism and his ability to
navigate the minefield of the occult and emerge genuine. We caught him before he flew to Valencia, Spain to perform at Benicassim and were pleasantly surprised
at the humour and warmth behind the sombre persona. Timber Timbre is somehow akin to early American music and is similarly rooted in the rural landscape. It's therefore to county life that Taylor will return to refuel for his next adventure once all the planes have landed.
