This is the real Restoration Hardware.  Nestled by the tracks near Cobourg, Legacy offers the most organized salvage yard I've ever seen. Step inside their warren of a showroom to see an endless selection of fixtures and fittings.  Someone with a librarian's spirit is at work here as everything is in its proper place, priced, cleaned and sometimes repaired or rewired.  You won't find crazy deals here, but you will find everything you need to restore your home to past century glory.  Started in 1997 by Sven Kraumanis, this long time builder and renovator saw the value in "the high quality of design, materials and craftsmanship frequently found in labour-intensive projects from times gone by."  It is no easy feat to reclaim these goods from condemned sites and southern Ontario should feel lucky to have access to such a service.
