Lorraine Johnson, writer, editor and garden innovator, moved into this two-storey detached house in west-end Toronto just two years ago. You’d think she’d been here for longer considering the comfortable atmosphere, attention to detail, and well-conceived renovations. Her trailblazing attitudes toward gardening and urban farming are reflected in her home through reclaimed materials, fearless wall removal, and bringing the outside in. We were captivated by Lorraine's effortless style, strength of character, and talent for seeing more in the world than most.
